The Medicine Woman is a premium cannabis company founded in 2019 by Playboy Playmate, Charis Burrett, and her husband, Luke Burrett. Started as a non-profit, their goal is to provide safe access to California's finest plant medicine, matching every individual with the right product, ensuring total satisfaction and healing.
No Man’s Land orchestrated a comprehensive transformation starting with a brand identity overhaul that retained the existing illustrated Medicine Woman logo while achieving a completely new look and feel via fresh colors, fonts, and imagery. We managed a full-scale product and in-store photoshoot to modernize their visual aesthetic. We collaborated with renowned London-based artist Tishk Barzanji for custom digital branded artwork which became a distinctive focal point on the website. The backbone of this evolution was the strategic focus ensuring a seamless user experience and sales process for their new Shopify e-commerce website.
After 3 successful years in business, Charis and Luke sought our expertise to propel the Medicine Woman to new heights. They were seeking a revamped brand identity and a completely new and improved Shopify e-commerce website that could handle their growing business. While they desired to maintain their existing logo and packaging, they envisioned a modernized identity that embodied the Medicine Woman ethos that would effectively support them through the next 5+ years.
